Hula Hoop Yoga Course was great

I just finished the Hula Hoop Yoga Course and I really enjoyed it. It was a fun way to get back into hooping and learn some new moves. The instructors were good, and the videos were easy to access on my tablet. I already had my own hoop, which was convenient. Shipping took about 6 days for the Yoga Mat to get to California, which was fine. Overall, a solid experience and I feel more flexible now.

Yes, you'll need one. They do sell them on the site, or you can find one elsewhere. Just make sure it's a weighted fitness hoop, not a toy one.

Yep, you definitely need your own hoop. Most of the classes are hands-on, so it's kinda essential. They have recommendations on their site too.

I've tried both, and honestly, Hoopyogini's feel a bit more sturdy and balanced for the yoga-hoop flow. Bodyhoops are good but felt lighter to me.

I haven't used Bodyhoops specifically, but my Hoopyogini hoop has held up great for over a year now. Really good quality, never had any issues with it breaking or anything.

It's self-paced, so it really depends on you. I think they say most people finish in a few months if you're consistent, but you have like a year to complete it.
